Blueface has listed his Santa Clarita Valley mansion for sale, setting the asking price at $1,250,000.
According to TMZ, the rapper quietly put the sprawling property on the market earlier this week. The home spans 4,303 square feet and features five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a spacious backyard. Additional perks include a two-car garage, an indoor fireplace, a media room, a patio, and an outdoor fire pit.
Fans will likely recognize the house, as it’s been the backdrop for several viral moments and livestreams since it was built in 2018. Interested buyers can reach out to Christian Crane of Agents of LA Inc., which currently holds the listing.
In other Blueface-related news, the rapper is reportedly on the hook for more than $130,000 stemming from an unpaid default judgment tied to a 2023 defamation lawsuit.
On Wednesday (December 24), Jackilyn Martinez filed writs of execution with the sheriffs of Los Angeles and Sacramento counties concerning the $131,655 judgment, which includes interest.
Judge Peter Hernandez had previously ordered that royalties collected by BMI and the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers on Blueface’s behalf be redirected to Martinez to satisfy the judgment.
In her lawsuit, Martinez accused Blueface of defaming her online by suggesting in social media posts that the two-year-old child she shares with Soulja Boy was actually his. She was ultimately awarded $123,245.
Blueface has not taken part in the case at any point and appears to have ignored the ruling entirely.
