Tamar Braxton is making her feelings known—loudly and with a playful twist—after weeks of being pulled into rumors surrounding the split between Mendeecees Harris and Yandy Smith.
On Friday, January 2, Braxton hopped on her Instagram Stories and announced she was officially “accepting all apologies,” per Hot 97. She paired the message with her Cash App handle and shared a cheeky “price list” linked to the names and accusations she says were tossed at her online.
Each label came with a mock fee: being called a “hoe” would cost $30, while “liar” came in at $10.
Braxton’s posts followed a wave of backlash earlier this month after commentator Funky Dineva accused her of secretly seeing Harris while he was allegedly still involved with Smith. Dineva claimed he personally witnessed the two “sneaking and dealing,” an accusation that spread fast and led to Braxton being branded a “homewrecker” online.
Braxton quickly shut down the claims at the time, firmly denying any involvement and warning that legal action would follow if the accusations continued. Still, the rumors refused to die—until Harris addressed them himself.
During a December 26 appearance on Yung Joc & The Streetz Morning Takeover, Harris denied any romantic connection with Braxton. In the process, he also shared unexpected details about his relationship with Smith.
According to Harris, the two are no longer together and, despite their televised wedding on Love & Hip Hop in 2015 and a later vow renewal, they were never legally married.
“We was never legally married, so we’re not getting a divorce,” Harris said, adding that they’ve been separated for more than a year.
He explained that not finalizing the marriage legally was due to legal and financial issues he was dealing with at the time, noting that the decision ultimately prevented complications around assets and divorce.
Harris also claimed the wedding storyline was created for television, a revelation that sparked strong reactions from longtime viewers who believed the marriage was legally official.
