Diddy’s staff claim they haven’t been paid while he sits in jail.

Employees of Sean “Diddy” Combs are reportedly saying they haven’t been paid while the embattled music mogul remains incarcerated in New Jersey.

According to TMZ, sources claim Diddy’s finances are currently being handled by business management firm Tri Star Sports & Entertainment Group, which is closely monitoring his spending.

Several people involved in Diddy’s ongoing civil cases, including some attorneys and staff members, allegedly haven’t received payment, with at least one individual reportedly quitting over the issue.

Diddy’s representative, Juda Engelmayer, pushed back on those claims, telling TMZ, “People, personnel, and attorneys are all being paid, and no one is leaving.”

“Sean Combs controls his own finances,” she added. “Everyone gets paid for their work once it’s completed and confirmed, after routine review.”

TMZ also reports that even Diddy’s family members must go through Tri Star Sports & Entertainment for expenses. If they go over budget, they’re required to submit invoices, which aren’t always approved.

In one reported situation, Diddy wanted his family to have dinner together in New York City the night before his sentencing. An invoice had to be submitted to Tri Star, which initially rejected the request before later reimbursing the person who covered the bill.

Diddy was sentenced to 50 months in prison, with time served, after being found guilty in October of transporting individuals for prostitution.

As some reportedly wait on payments, Ray J recently joked about why he was never invited to Diddy’s infamous “freak-offs.”

“I’m like yo, [I] ain’t ever got invited to the ‘Freak-Offs, and that’s when it hit me, I’m ugly,” the “Sexy Can I” singer said. “It hit me that I’m unattractive.”
