Boosie Badazz has fired back at Kodak Black following his “Christmas Eve” diss.
Taking to X on Thursday night (Jan. 8), Boosie didn’t hold back, labeling Yak a “clout chasing crackhead” and more.
“U wait until the day before I go to court to drop a weak ass diss song. Lol U A #CCCH (Clout Chasing Crackhead),” Boosie wrote. “U know what I got going and you do this day before court. 100% you are a clown. Its still not go get people to fuck people with your music.”

“When was the last time you heard somebody say, ‘put on that new Kodak,’” Boosie went on to say. “You done bra. Your career is over!! Your music is trash and your looks are even worst. Only time you were relevant when you mentioned me. You still mad you did that song and I blowed you down. You can’t take that back!!”
Boosie’s response comes shortly after Kodak released the YouTube track “Christmas Eve” earlier that same day. On the record, Kodak raps, “Fuck that lame n***a Boosie/Looking down on a young n***a getting skrilla/I used to look up to Boosie, he hate I got more bread that old head stupid.”
The tension between the two rappers dates back to July 2023, when Boosie went off on Kodak for teaming up with 6ix9ine on the track “Shaka Laka.” Speaking on Instagram Live at the time, Boosie didn’t mince words.
“This n***a ain’t got no morals, don’t got no principles. Damn, I thought that little n***a was like that. N***a ain’t no street n***a at all. Damn,” Boosie said.
He continued, “No loyalty to no principles over money, man. Money can make you do anything, bro. The biggest rat in the world.” Boosie’s “rat” remark was a clear reference to Tekashi cooperating with authorities and snitching on his associates in his 2019 federal racketeering and firearms case.
After Kodak became aware of Boosie’s comments, the Florida rapper fired back by reposting a video that labeled Boosie a “clown” and accused him of being a hypocrite. By August 2023, Boosie escalated things further, taking direct aim at Kodak on his diss track, “Ungrateful.”
