Fetty Wap’s early release from prison didn’t seem to sit well with Masika Kalysha, who shared pointed reactions online.
In a series of posts on X on Wednesday (Jan. 7) — the same day the King Zoo rapper was moved to community confinement — Kalysha, who shares a child with Fetty Wap, appeared to criticize an unnamed person, calling them “an immediate disappointment” following their release.
“1st day out and still a bitch ass n***a,” the Love & Hip-Hop: Hollywood alum added in a follow-up post. “Go back.”
She continued the next day with another message that seemed directed at the same individual.
“I don’t play about my babies and idgaf who don’t like it,” she wrote. “My kids have been through enough! Let my babies down and you gonna see a [different] side of me.”

After screenshots of her X posts began making the rounds in headlines, Kalysha called out the attention they were getting and suggested her main projects deserved the focus instead.
“It really annoys tf outta me when y’all repost my tweets,” she wrote in an Instagram Stories post.

As of now, Fetty has yet to publicly respond.
After news of his early release surfaced, the rapper — who was originally sentenced to six years on drug-related charges — shared a statement addressing his mindset as he steps into this next phase of his life.
“I’m committed to moving forward with purpose and making a meaningful impact where it matters most,” Fetty said in a statement first reported by The Breakfast Club’s Loren LoRosa.
Back in September, while he was still incarcerated, Fetty marked the 10-year anniversary of his self-titled debut album by dropping a special-edition vinyl release. What comes next remains uncertain, but it’s safe to assume new music from the 300 Entertainment signee could be on the way.
