YoungBoy Never Broke Again has officially claimed the crown as the most certified rapper in history according to the Recording Industry Association of America.
The RIAA shared the news on X, announcing that following the release of his new album Slime Cry, the rapper now boasts an incredible 126 RIAA-certified titles.
YoungBoy dropped Slime Cry on Jan. 16, just days after teasing the release date and then quickly deleting a post promoting the album.
The project serves as a follow-up to his 2025 releases, MASA, More Leaks, and Deshawn. Slime Cry was originally slated to arrive on Nov. 28, but that plan changed after YoungBoy tweeted that he had “forgot” about it.
As for the MASA Tour, it proved to be a massive success. Touring Data reported that the run ranked among the highest-grossing hip-hop tours in U.S. history.
Back in October, the tour sold 500,000 tickets across 42 shows, pulling in over $70 million. That performance earned YoungBoy a spot on an elite list alongside Jay-Z, 50 Cent, Kendrick Lamar, and Drake among the top 10 highest-grossing hip-hop tours ever.
