Former Nickelodeon actor Kianna Underwood has passed away following a fatal hit-and-run incident.
Underwood, who appeared during the final season of All That, was identified by several media outlets as the victim after a sedan struck her while she was crossing a street in Brooklyn, New York, on Friday (January 16).
According to TMZ, the vehicle dragged the former child star for nearly two blocks before speeding off. Underwood was 33 years old at the time of her death.
Beyond All That, Kianna Underwood also appeared in the 1999 film 24-Hour Woman and lent her voice to the animated movie Santa, Baby.
After news of her passing, a 2023 video resurfaced in which fellow All That alum Angelique Bates revealed that Underwood had been homeless in New York City and in need of support.
In the clip, Bates criticized members of the All That cast for failing to help, accusing them of portraying themselves as a close-knit family while selectively offering support. “She’s one of us, and she needs help, but she’s not getting it … and nobody’s speaking on Kianna Underwood,” Bates said.
Just days before Underwood’s death, another Nickelodeon figure, Guy Moon — a composer on The Fairly Oddparents — also passed away after a car crash in Los Angeles. Authorities described the incident as an accidental collision.
Moon’s family confirmed his death in a statement shared on social media. “We are overcome with grief to announce the passing of our beloved patriarch, Guy Moon,” they wrote. “We feel singularly blessed to have been able to call him dad and husband.”
