Woman Caught Kissing Desmond Scott Says She’s Not the Person He Allegedly Cheated on His Wife With

The woman recently seen kissing viral TikTok chef Desmond Scott is pushing back against claims that she was involved in him cheating on his estranged wife, Kirsty Scott.

In a video posted to social media, Marissa Springer addressed the photos showing her kissing Desmond. “I’m going to say this one time and one time only, I’m not the one he cheated with,” said the 24-year-old, who didn’t mention Kirsty or Desmond by name in the short clip. “Everyone involved in this situation knows that it was not me.”

She also shut down speculation about her gender identity that surfaced after the images went viral. “And let’s clear the air right now: I am definitely not transgender,” she continued. “I have always been a girl, I was born a girl, I am a girl, I’m just a girl. I love being a girl, no offense to the transgenders. And why are you guys calling clearly straight man gay as an insult? I thought that wasn’t something we don’t do in 2026.”

Marissa went on to say she didn’t even know who Scott was when they crossed paths at a bar, but said the connection felt natural. The “vibes were there,” she explained.

“I don’t have kids, I don’t cook, I don’t really watch family content, I’m not on that side of TikTok,” she added. “Also, there’s so many fake accounts of me right now and a whole fake relationship. I don’t have a boyfriend… I’m going to get hate regardless of whether I post a video or not, [but] I just wanted to clear my name.”

She ended the video by claiming that people connected to the situation have received death threats, though she didn’t specify who those threats were directed at.

Last month, Kirsty filed for divorce from Desmond, pointing to alleged infidelity and stating in the documents that there was no realistic path toward reconciliation. Before the split, the couple built a strong online presence centered on family-focused content. They met as teenagers, got married in 2014, and share two children.

After news of the divorce became public, Desmond posted an apology on his Instagram Story, acknowledging that he and his estranged wife had “faced challenges” and had “made sincere efforts to work through them.”

“Toward the end of 2025, I wanted to separate, and I had conversations with Kristy regarding this. During this period, I made choices that I am not proud of. I took responsibility for those actions, I shared this with her directly and personally, and ultimately we decided to divorce,” he wrote. “I ask for privacy and compassion as we navigate this difficult chapter of our lives.”
