After the crowd hyped him up, Speed made sure to clarify that Nigerian jollof rice was the best he’d tasted in Africa “so far.” He didn’t stop there either, going back in for another bite before handing the plate off.
Earlier this week, Speed also sampled jollof rice in Senegal, where a local described it as the “best” version across Africa.
“You ain’t tell me it was spicy,” he joked to the woman who served him a generous portion. The heat clearly caught him off guard, prompting him to chug a bottle of water, but he still gave it props. “That’s good, though,” he said, before reaching in for another bite.
As the streamer continues his African tour for another week, he’s already covered a lot of ground — stopping in Egypt, Zimbabwe, and Algeria, where he jokingly confused the local dinar currency for “dinner.”
