Hailey Bieber’s Sister Hit With Charges After Tampon Toss During Bar Altercation, Could Face Jail Time

Alaia Baldwin Aronow, Hailey Bieber’s sister, is facing up to a year behind bars after being charged in connection with her 2024 arrest following a physical dispute at a Georgia nightclub.

According to court records obtained by Us Weekly, Georgia prosecutors filed charges on Monday (Jan. 26) accusing Aronow of simple battery, simple assault, battery, and criminal trespass.

Aronow was taken into custody in Feb. 2024 after an alleged incident at Club Elan, where she is accused of assaulting three staff members. TMZ reports that she became “belligerent and combative” after being instructed to leave a bathroom reserved for employees.

Court documents allege that Aronow intentionally caused physical harm to an individual identified as Jacinto Hills by striking him in the genitals. Prosecutors also charged her with simple assault for allegedly throwing a tampon at a club employee.

In addition, Aronow is accused of pulling out “a portion of hair from the scalp of Ian O’Neill by pulling on said victim’s hair, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia.”

Speaking with Us Weekly last year, Club Elan bartender Haleigh Cauley shared her version of events.

“Her friends said she needed a minute and she said, ‘I need to change my tampon,’” Cauley recalled. “She proceeded to stay in the bathroom. I told her again she had to leave and she said, ‘I’m changing my tampon, do you want to see it?’ And flings it up and it smacks my face.”

“It was a hot mess,” she added.
