Clips of GloRilla from an indie movie she appeared in before blowing up are making the rounds online.
The low-budget 2022 indie film Streets Ain’t For Everybody started circulating heavily on Wednesday (Jan. 28). Shot in Memphis, the movie features the “F.N.F.” rapper in several scenes, including one that depicts a sexual encounter.
A tweet showcasing GloRilla’s scenes from the film racked up nearly 7 million views.
Streets Ain’t For Everybody is a drama that follows a highly sought-after basketball prospect caught between scholarship opportunities at top colleges and the pull of street life. Despite pressure to focus on school and sports, the main character remains tangled in drug dealing and dangerous robberies.
GloRilla, born Gloria Woods, plays a character who seems eager to dive into the hustle.
One scene that grabbed the most attention shows Glo abruptly answering a phone call during sex before poking fun at her partner’s performance.
While some viewers claim the movie was once available on Tubi, it doesn’t currently appear to be streaming there. The full film, however, is available on YouTube through the production company LMB Filmz.
GloRilla hasn’t addressed the resurfaced clips publicly, but she did post a photo of herself posing on the basketball court at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Canada.
She was in attendance on Wednesday to support her boyfriend, Toronto Raptors small forward Brandon Ingram, during the team’s matchup against the New York Knicks.
