Blueface, 29, is shutting down claims that there’s anything inappropriate about him linking up with 18-year-old streamer and TikTok personality Aya Tanjali.
While speaking on a recent livestream, the rapper addressed the criticism he received for collaborating with the content creator, who turns 19 this April.
“I’ve seen a lot of people like, oh, why would you stream with her if she’s only 18? What the fuck do you mean?” he said in a clip circulating online. “Why would I stream with her if she’s only 18? She’s a fucking content creator; she streams. What the fuck? The fuck? I’m only fucking 29, what the fuck is wrong with y’all? 29 is too old to hang out with the fucking… What, 18-year-olds? Like, what the fuck? When the fuck did I get too old? Bitch.”
Blueface also pushed back at people labeling him as “unc,” pointing out that he hasn’t even hit 30 yet.
“Stop trying to age-bait me. Dead homies,” he added. “It’s like, I’m a young n***a. The fuck are you talking about? I’m not no fucking unc. I’m not fucking papa. I’m not none of that. I’m a young n***a out here still. You feel me?”
Blueface and Aya Tanjali recently linked up on a Twitch livestream, and ahead of their stream together, she shared that he was the one who initially reached out.
While Blueface is still fairly new to the streaming scene, he’s also hinted at stepping into a completely different arena. Last month, he said he’d be open to fighting Jason Luv after the adult film star defeated No Jumper host Adam22 in a boxing match that ended in just one round.
Reacting to the fight during a livestream, Blueface didn’t hold back.
“Aye! I got you, bro,” he said. “I got you, n***a. I’m fucking over Jason Luv. Dead homies. I got to have the back fade. You know I got the back fade.”
