You should probably keep your feet covered around Rosalía — and honestly, around most people.
During an interview with Bella Freud on the Fashion Neurosis podcast, released Nov. 12, the Lux artist and two-time Grammy winner opened up about a few style choices and personal presentation habits she finds appealing — eventually leading to a strong stance against men who choose to have their feet fully out in public.
“I don’t like when men show their feet,” Rosalía said, sparking laughter from Bella. She added that while she finds it “so hot” when women do it, she considers it “disgusting” when men do the same.
She went on to explain that she once experienced this firsthand in the studio with an unnamed artist she described as “one of the biggest” in the world right now. According to Rosalía, the artist “became barefoot” just minutes after arriving.
“He just did it right away,” she recalled. “He just put his feet on the table. … I couldn’t even find it not even a tiny bit attractive.”
Socks, however, are a completely different story.
“Like, give me socks, yes. I wanna see your socks,” Rosalía added. “I don’t wanna see your feet.”
Lux, released earlier this month, quickly sparked speculation about appearing on end-of-year lists and is already shaping up to be one of the most widely praised projects of 2025. The album — Rosalía’s fourth — features collaborations with artists including Björk and Pharrell.
Looking ahead to next year, fans will also get to see Rosalía join the cast of Euphoria when the series finally returns for its long-awaited third season. Other new additions to Sam Levinson’s world include Sharon Stone and Marshawn Lynch, while returning stars such as Zendaya, Hunter Schafer, and Jacob Elordi are also confirmed to reprise their roles.
