Surveillance footage from 2024 reportedly shows Alexis Skyy and two friends appearing to attack Anthony Gaskin in the lobby of an apartment building.
Alexis Skyy is now being sued by her former friend and assistant, Anthony Gaskin, following a fight that allegedly took place in the hallway of an apartment complex in 2024. According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Gaskin claims the incident left him with injuries that required medical, dental, psychological, and chiropractic care.
He also says the injuries prevented him from working, leading to lost wages during his recovery. In addition, Gaskin alleges he now experiences public panic attacks because of the incident. He is seeking an unspecified amount in damages, including punitive compensation.
Beyond Alexis Skyy, Gaskin has also named Robmira Taylor and Robert Thorne in the lawsuit, accusing them of taking part in the attack. The apartment complex itself has also been included in the suit, with Gaskin claiming the property owners failed to provide proper security for the building.
Back in 2024, TMZ released surveillance footage of the alleged attack. At the time, police launched an investigation into Alexis Skyy for simple assault. After the incident, Skyy minimized the seriousness of Anthony Gaskin’s injuries while speaking with The Shade Room.
“He is sitting playing the whole victim like he has real mental health issues,” she alleged at the time. “He needs to keep his mouth shut. He is a whole man, idc gay or not, he hit me in my face in front of my kid. Everyone in the industry knows he runs his mouth nonstop, and I was the only one giving still giving him a chance.”
Last year, Skyy continued addressing the situation in another video posted on social media.
“You have a lot of legal actions against you right now,” she stated. “So while you’re playing and trying to attack me, it’s a whole new year… If this is the fame that you want we’re gonna spill the whole truth.”
She also claimed that Gaskin was the one who sparked the altercation, alleging that he threw an air freshener at her off-camera before the situation escalated.
