T.I. Reveals His Son King Casually Asks Him for $100K Like It’s No Big Deal

T.I. is opening up about the unique personalities of his kids, revealing that one of them isn’t afraid to request some serious cash.

While speaking on a recent episode of his podcast expediTIously with Wallo as a guest, the Atlanta rapper got honest about parenting and the financial expectations that come with raising his children as they get older. According to T.I., his son King Harris has no problem asking for large sums of money.

“King ask for $100,000 like it ain’t nothing,” T.I. said while talking about how things work in his household.

He went on to compare King’s approach with that of some of his other children, who apparently prefer not to take money from him at all.

“But then Domani don’t want a dime. He won’t accept no money. Deja, she won’t accept no money,” he explained. “Major, he don’t want no money.”

T.I. also shared that his youngest son, Major Harris, is approaching an important milestone as he prepares to enter adulthood. With Major set to turn 18 in a few months, the family has been discussing practical next steps, including learning how to drive and getting his own car.

“Major, he’s turning 18 and it’s time for him to get a car,” T.I. said.

According to the rapper, he and Major’s mother, singer Tameka Cottle, have been pushing him to start becoming more independent.

“I say, you know, me and his mama talking to him like, ‘Hey man, so you know, we got to get you a car,'” T.I. continued. “‘Cause now he got a driver, [a] driving company going take him to school. That shit is expensive.”

When T.I. asked what kind of car he wanted, Major’s response caught him off guard — especially considering he’s the son of a rap superstar.

“He said, ‘Just something reliable that can get me from here to there,’” T.I. recalled with surprise. “I was like, I sure got a Corolla coming for you.”
