Sophie Rain, who once called Drake her “dream” collaborator, has now admitted she may have messed up that potential connection with the ICEMAN artist.
During a chat with GQ’s Eileen Cartter, the OnlyFans personality — who presents herself as 21 as part of her public image — was asked if she and Drake are still in contact. Fans may remember she made headlines last year after revealing they had spoken, even hinting at the possibility of appearing in one of his music videos.
“That’s the dream,” she said at the time in an interview with Hollywood Fix.
But now in 2026, it looks like that opportunity may have slipped away after what she described as fumbling the situation.
“I wish,” Rain told GQ when asked if she and the five-time Grammy winner were still in touch. “I fumbled that. That’s my fault.”
She went on to share that she recently tried reaching out to Drake again while on a trip to the Bahamas. Although she didn’t specify exactly when, Drake did celebrate his 39th birthday there last October. According to Rain, her attempt didn’t go anywhere, as she claims Drake responded by questioning whether she would “ghost” him again.
“I burned that bridge pretty bad,” she added, joking that Drake is “such a diva.”
Even though we’ve wrapped up plenty of stories over the past year in a similar way, it’s worth saying again: ICEMAN, Drake’s first solo album since 2023’s For All the Dogs, is expected to drop sometime this year.
