Bobby Shmurda Backs Diddy: “When You a N**a That Fck Wild B*tches, People Try You”

Bobby Shmurda is standing by Diddy, while also appearing to place some blame on the women who have accused him.

The 31-year-old rapper shared his thoughts on the Bad Boy Entertainment boss during a recent sit-down on The Real Report alongside Tony Yayo and Uncle Murda.

“Free my n**a Diddy, man,” Shmurda said around the 38-minute mark of the video mentioned above. “I know n**s ain’t fucking with Diddy, but free Diddy, man.”

The remarks stirred some tension in the studio before Bobby Shmurda continued sharing his thoughts.

“I’m gonna talk my peace, you heard? ‘Cuz we be fucking bitches in the hood. N***s be fucking running the trains on the bitches in the hood, but I don’t know about the watching the n***a while you doing the other shit,” he said, referencing claims that Diddy allegedly watched his then-girlfriend Cassie engage in sexual activity with an escort.

He went on, “The freak-off parties, I get that. ‘Cuz y’all bitches on the ‘gram, y’all know y’all was doing that in the hood, too, to trap n***s. Don’t be acting like we had y’all on the spot. It’s like 10 bitches, it’s like four n***s wildin’.”

Shmurda kept defending Diddy, questioning how credible the multiple allegations against him really are. He also mentioned that he hasn’t watched the Netflix documentary about Diddy, which was executive produced by 50 Cent.

“I know people be lying and I know how far lies be going,” he said, later clarifying that he isn’t personally close to Diddy and doesn’t have a direct relationship with him.

“I’m a gangsta, bro. Listen, I don’t believe allegations … Now the reason I don’t believe that shit—when you a n***a that fuck wild bitches, people try you, you know what I’m saying?” he added elsewhere in the episode.

Although a jury in July 2025 found him not guilty of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking, Diddy was convicted on two counts related to transportation for prostitution. He was sentenced to 50 months in prison along with a $500,000 fine. He is currently serving his sentence at FCI Fort Dix and is expected to be released on April 15, 2028.
