Diddy’s legal team is pushing back hard against new claims in a civil lawsuit that accuses the music mogul of a disturbing sexual incident involving a shirt once worn by The Notorious B.I.G.
Filed on Monday (July 8) in Los Angeles by an anonymous plaintiff identified as John Doe, the suit alleges that in 2020, Diddy masturbated onto a Biggie shirt and threw it at the man, hitting him with semen on the lap and arm.
In a statement to TMZ, Diddy’s attorneys slammed the allegations as false and pointed to his recent acquittal in a federal sex trafficking and racketeering trial as proof of his innocence.
“Mr. Combs’s trial and acquittal on trafficking and RICO charges prove what we have been saying all along: Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone,” the statement read. “That people continue to broadcast and file false accusations — no matter how heinous and uncorroborated — is unfortunate, but Mr. Combs will not back down. He will fight for as long as necessary to win his full vindication.”
According to the lawsuit, the alleged incident occurred in an L.A. warehouse that stored Biggie’s possessions. The plaintiff also claims Diddy pressured him to take ketamine, exposed himself, and demanded oral sex during what was described as a drug-fueled listening session.
The lawsuit seeks damages for sexual battery and emotional distress.
While Diddy was cleared of the most serious charges in his federal trial, he was convicted on lesser charges tied to prostitution. He remains in custody awaiting sentencing, after Judge Arun Subramanian denied his $1 million bond request.
