50 Cent isn’t buying into Diddy’s reported efforts to turn over a new leaf.
Following TMZ’s July 15 report that the Bad Boy mogul had entered multiple rehab and therapy programs—including one focused on domestic violence prevention—50 took to social media to throw shade.
The programs reportedly come in the wake of Diddy’s acquittal on sex trafficking and racketeering charges, as well as renewed public scrutiny over past abuse allegations. His ex, Cassie Ventura, has previously accused him of repeated physical abuse during their 11-year relationship.
50 was quick to question the sincerity of Diddy’s latest attempt at redemption, pointing out that this isn’t the first time he’s sought help. Diddy previously checked into rehab just a month after violently attacking Cassie in a Los Angeles hotel back in March 2016—a moment captured on video and released publicly in 2024.
At the time, Diddy said, “I mean, I hit rock bottom, but I make no excuses. I went and I sought out professional help and I had to go into therapy.”
But judging by 50 Cent’s reaction, he’s far from convinced that this round of rehab will be any different.

50 Cent isn’t letting up on Diddy, continuing his months-long trolling spree with more jabs aimed at the Bad Boy mogul’s rehab and therapy efforts.
Reacting to the news that Diddy had reentered treatment programs following his legal battles, Fif’ mocked the idea that it would make a difference, especially given Diddy’s past.
“My manz did that program came home got high and caught another DV it don’t work,” the G-Unit boss wrote on Instagram.
While 50 didn’t specify which incident he meant, Diddy’s legal team did acknowledge during his federal trial that he physically attacked a woman known only as Jane Doe. They claimed it was in self-defense, but the court heard extensive testimony about his alleged drug use—and drugs were also found in his hotel room at the time of his September 2024 arrest.
TMZ reports Diddy had already begun drug treatment before that arrest, and it’s since continued during his stay at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center.
Diddy was ultimately convicted on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution and could face up to 20 years in prison. Sentencing is scheduled for October 3.
