Tameka “Tiny” Harris hit the big 5-0 on Monday, July 14, and marked the occasion with a fiery “RED HOT” celebration packed with Housewives, rappers, and everything red—including a show-stopping red cake.
As reported by Vibe, the Assembly Atlanta Movie Studio was transformed into a bold red dreamland, complete with dramatic floor-length drapes, a red velvet three-tier cake, and endless Don Julio cocktails. A DJ kept the vibe lit, mixing Xscape throwbacks with heavy-hitting Southern rap tracks all night long.
Friends who helped shape Atlanta’s sound showed up strong to celebrate Tiny. Xscape sisters Kandi Burruss—who’s also known for her role on Real Housewives of Atlanta—and Tamika Scott pulled up arm-in-arm with the powerhouse vocalist Keke Wyatt. Jazze Pha exchanged daps with Jermaine Dupri near the bar, while Mannie Fresh cracked producer jokes with Bone Crusher. Cee-Lo Green, David Banner, and Yung Joc (alongside his wife Kendra) mixed and mingled with Tiny’s sons, Domani and King Harris.
As the party hit its stride, Grammy winner Muni Long popped up for a soulful rendition of “Happy Birthday” that had Tiny holding back tears. Shortly after, T.I. grabbed the mic to honor his “big homie, lover, best friend, and spades partner,” echoing the heartfelt Instagram tribute he’d posted earlier, where he thanked Tiny for “completing my life legend.” Watching from the exclusive front row was Tiny’s mother-in-law, Violeta Morgan.
Though Rasheeda wasn’t seen at the event, she made sure to send love on Instagram, calling Tiny “one of the most talented, sweetest, ambitious, creative moms” she’s ever known.
At 50, Tameka “Tiny” Harris celebrated her milestone by gathering close friends, family, and the music community that helped shape her, transforming Assembly Atlanta into a laid-back yet undeniably ATL-style tribute. It was a nod to her lasting influence—not just in music, but in Atlanta’s social fabric as well.
While much of the spotlight these days shines on her rapper-turned-actor husband and their kids who are carrying on the family legacy, Tiny’s impact on the culture is still unmatched.
