On the latest episode of his Nick Cannon @ Night podcast, Nick Cannon opened up about the topic of “body count” and admitted he has no idea how many women he’s slept with anymore.
Early in the episode, joined by Courtney Bee and Dr. Viviana Coles, Cannon responded to a listener who wanted to know if it was “wrong” to ask how many sexual partners their girlfriend had before them. While his co-hosts felt it was wrong, Cannon disagreed.
“We call it the car facts, you wanna know the history of the vehicle,” Cannon said. “We joke, we have fun… But I think a person’s history is important. I wanna know everything. I don’t need to know the exact number. I lost count a long time ago. But I would like to know a little bit. At least from college forward.”
He also admitted that when he was younger, “body count” was a big deal to him, but now his perspective has shifted.
Cannon, who has 12 children with six different women, welcomed his first two kids with ex-wife Mariah Carey in 2011. In a recent interview with Vulture, he admitted it might have been “careless” to have multiple children with different women in the same year, though he isn’t ruling out having more kids. “The world is a crazy place. I never say ‘never!'” he said.
Last month, Cannon appeared on Bobbi Althoff’s The Really Good Podcast and compared himself to King Solomon, who had hundreds of wives and concubines. “I don’t want no wives, I just want kids,” he joked, also admitting he sometimes forgets all of his children’s names.
“This is where I usually get in trouble… I know all of ’em, but can you rattle off just 12 of anything?” he said, explaining that he even wrote a jingle with all of their names to help him remember. “I wrote a verse that had all their names in it and I just, sometimes I recite that,” he added.
