Social media star Kirsten Too Sweet says her online fame exploded after she won Crunch Fitness’ viral #CrunchBooty Instagram contest — a win that scored her $1,000 and massive internet recognition.

Known online as @kirstentoosweet, Kirsten was crowned the nationwide contest winner in 2023 after submitting just one photo of herself stretching on a foam roller at the gym.

The post, tagged with “#crunchbooty,” quickly went viral and grabbed the attention of Crunch’s corporate team, who shared it across multiple franchise social pages.

“Once they posted it to all their social accounts for each location, I gained a following and heard from tons of brands,” Kirsten shared. “That’s when I started taking my fitness journey seriously — and growing the biggest booty.”

Since her big win, Kirsten has grown her social media following into the millions, using her platform to promote healthy weight gain and body positivity.

“Fitness has completely changed my life — not just physically, but mentally too,” she said. “I want to show people, especially women, that it’s okay to take up space, to gain weight in a healthy way, and to feel strong in your body.
