Ever since Klay Thompson got a taste of Megan Thee Stallion’s fried catfish and spaghetti, he hasn’t been able to get enough.
On Tuesday (Aug. 19), the “Savage” rapper shared a video on Instagram showing her man devouring the Southern comfort classic in multiple clips.
“Ever since I first made it for him, he asked me for this shit like every week,” Megan said in a voiceover, also revealing in her caption that it’s Thompson’s number one meal “out of everything I’ve cooked for him.”
Turns out, it was Klay Thompson’s very first time trying catfish and spaghetti together—likely thanks to his West Coast roots—while Megan Thee Stallion, being a Houston native, grew up around the Southern soul food staple.
In the video, Thompson is seen digging into plate after plate of crispy fried catfish and spaghetti, paired with Louisiana hot sauce and Hawaiian rolls on the side. Between bites, he can’t help but gush: “best thing I’ve ever tasted.”
“So good,” the Mavericks guard says, savoring forkfuls. “Flawless.”
The couple went public with their romance just last month at the Pete & Thomas Foundation benefit gala, where Thompson described Meg as a “special person,” while she shared that he makes her “genuinely happy.”
Since then, they’ve been spotted at the first-ever Sandlot Classic, hitting workouts together, and even enjoying a fishing date.
And for Thompson, it looks like he’s hooked—not just on Meg, but on her catfish and spaghetti, too.
