Druski Pranks Rod Wave Fans at Florida Show, Disguises Himself as the Rapper: ‘I Got Y’all’

Druski pulled off a wild prank on a crowd of Rod Wave fans after posing as the rapper during a live show.

The moment went down at Wave’s Introduction to the Redemption Experience on Aug. 29 at the Benchmark International Arena in Tampa, FL. In video clips, a figure who appeared to be Wave slowly rose from the stage platform with his face hidden under a towel.

When the towel finally came off, it wasn’t Wave at all—it was Druski. The audience let out gasps as he grabbed the mic to let them know they’d been duped.

“Cut the music. I got y’all ass,” Druski laughed. “I’m trying to be another fat n***a tonight.”

Watch the hilarious moment below.

Druski’s hilarious onstage prank comes right on the heels of him dropping a fresh trailer for his upcoming Coulda Fest Tour.

In the teaser shared on X, Druski hops on a group video call with comedian Caleb Pressley and stars like Snoop Dogg, Soulja Boy, and Lil Yachty. As they all debate which stops they might perform at, Soulja Boy makes it clear he and Yachty are cool now.

Just when the call wraps up, Justin Bieber unexpectedly pops in asking which shows he can join—but nobody gives him an answer.

The Coulda Fest Tour kicks off Sept. 26 in Toronto and runs through Dec. 6 with a finale in Atlanta.

When Druski first announced the tour in July, he hyped up the experience, saying:

“[The 2024] Coulda Fest was such a vibe that we had to run it back and switch up the concept — it’s bigger, better and breaking global borders. This won’t be your typical comedy or music tour, it’s going to be a cultural movement full of laughs, great music, and surprise guests. I’m always looking to take ideas to the next level, so you never know who else might pop up in your city.”
