Gunna launched his “P Factory” program at the House of Athlete this week, kicking things off with a powerful speech that fueled the energy for the three-day fitness experience.
The P Factory is an intense training program built to challenge participants like pro athletes, with six action-packed classes running daily through Aug. 29. At HOA, guests rotate through strength training, conditioning circuits, speed and agility work, and explosive interval sessions.
Before the workouts began, Gunna addressed the crowd, applauding them for showing up and choosing to invest in themselves.
“I feel like everyone in here, y’all taking that step to just push yourself and who knows how far you’re going to go or where you’re going to go,” he said. “It ain’t up to me, it’s up to God. You’re already walking in the steps and take me or take Brandon as inspiration.”
Gunna closed with a motivational message about perseverance and growth: “You pushed yourself to come so pat yourselves on the back. I thank y’all for coming here too because it’s a beginning of something that’s finna be way bigger than I ever seen. But just showing up like, y’all day 1s of this shit.”
The rapper shared how much the first day moved him personally, admitting that seeing everyone’s commitment pushes him to go even harder in his own fitness journey. Gunna emphasized the power of turning energy and frustration into productive workouts instead of destructive habits, encouraging participants to view fitness as both a physical challenge and a mental release.
Up next, Gunna is gearing up for his Wunna Run 5K on Sept. 3 at Prospect Park in Brooklyn. As listed on the NYC Runs website, the event highlights Gunna’s “powerful physical and mental transformation” over the past two years, and now he’s inviting others to join him on the path toward better health and wellness.
