Dame Dash went off on Charlamagne tha God, calling him a “girl” and blasting Power 105.1’s studio as “uninspiring” and “dirty” while demanding Charlamagne clean it up.
The fiery exchange unfolded when Charlamagne brushed off Dame’s blunt remarks, saying, “The internet got your head crazy.” Dame didn’t hesitate to clap back, shifting the focus to both Charlamagne and the state of the Breakfast Club set.
“How do you know?” Dame shot back. “Y’all don’t come outside. There’s no windows in here. This shit is crazy. Look at the dark curtain […] Y’all behind the stage of a curtain. Y’all in the coffin. I would never. This is uninspiring. Dirty and all that shit. You’re a girl. You clean this shit up.”
The clash was just one of many fiery moments in the interview. Dame also doubled down on his long-running criticism of Charlamagne’s media persona, accusing him of being “gay” for his support of Jay-Z, labeling him “feminine,” and claiming he’s toxic to the Black community.
After their exchange went viral, Dame took things further on Instagram, threatening legal action over comments made on The Breakfast Club about his brief stint as chairman of Revolt TV.
“Charlamagne, I would advise you not to make up phony sources without real names saying that anything I said was not true, or we will have a legal problem. Don’t try to compromise my reputation,” Dame wrote. “I have proof to support everything I say that will stand up in any court.”
