Dame Dash isn’t letting Cam’ron’s latest comments slide, firing back with a massive $300 million legal threat.
On Thursday, Sept. 18, Dame jumped on Instagram to lay out his claims against Cam after the It Is What It Is co-host alleged that NBA YoungBoy once offered him $2 million for his Roc-A-Fella stake. Cam also clapped back at Dame’s viral Breakfast Club interview, accusing him of “lying” on multiple counts.
“You’re a flagrant liar,” Cam said, adding that Dame’s words “don’t count no more” because “you don’t got teeth.”
In response, Dame posted screenshots of what looked like a formal demand letter — a precursor to court action that gives the accused one last chance to resolve things before a lawsuit is filed.

“I never hustled with [Cam’ron],” Dame wrote in the caption. “He’s a civilian, but he’s messing with my family office and has now made my wife and two of my sons uncomfortable. I would never do anything violent, and I don’t want anyone who loves me to do anything violent either — so this is the only way I can handle it.”
He went on, “So this is my version of how the Godfather handled Fredo. I knew it would end up being one of my brothers, I just didn’t know it would be you, bro. And that does make me sad. We’ll just have to let a judge decide like businessmen. And I don’t find it funny.”

What does Dame Dash claim Cam’ron did in his $300 million legal threat?
The letter Dame shared accuses Cam of defamation, harassment, business disparagement, tortious interference, unjust enrichment, and a “pattern of historic sabotage,” among other allegations. It also seeks $300 million in damages and claims Cam violated an agreement tied to the Dipset Clothing Company.
