Ice Spice has usually kept her love life under wraps.
This year, though, she appeared to confirm her relationship with Sauce Gardner before later being seen with Diamant Blazi. She’s also opened up about her sexuality, a topic that resurfaced during her sit-down on Baby, This is Keke Palmer.
When Keke Palmer pointed out that Ice didn’t need to announce she was bisexual, the rapper replied, “I didn’t?”
Palmer quickly reassured her she didn’t have to, then playfully added, “The real question is, am I your type?”
“I think you are,” Ice replied with a smile. “The way I stuttered,” she laughed, before adding, “Keke’s my type, guys.”
Palmer then pressed her on how she decides what parts of her dating life to reveal, noting how private she tends to be. Ice admitted it’s not always easy.
“I try to keep it private, but it’s just like whatever. I’ll try to keep it private, and then it’s like I’m at the grocery store, and now it’s not private,” she said.
Palmer eventually brought up Sauce Gardner, pointing out that Ice pretty much hard-launched him on social media. “Yeah, I did confirm that on my Instagram,” Ice admitted.
“I didn’t think it would be such a big deal, but it really is a big deal,” she added. “It is entertaining ‘cause when I was growing up, looking at people I looked up to, I would be all in they business, too. So, I get it. Like, I really do understand.”
Back in February 2023, during a chat with Ebro for Apple Music, the now 25-year-old opened up about being bisexual. When asked if she dated “squares,” Ice responded, “Not squares, but I like good boys and girls, yeah.”
Ice and Sauce Gardner first fueled dating rumors back in April, but by August, buzz about their romance cooled after she was spotted in Los Angeles with Blazi.
