Camilla Araujo Deletes OnlyFans Link Mid-Interview on McKinley’s Podcast to Avoid Profiting From Her Trauma

Camila Araujo took down the link to her OnlyFans from her social media bios just before dropping her podcast episode with McKinley Richardson, explaining that she didn’t want to make money off someone else’s pain.

The episode — titled McKinley’s Story (The Truth About Jack Doherty) Pt. 2 — runs nearly three hours, with Richardson opening up about her past relationship with Doherty in raw detail.

Before the episode went live, Araujo quietly updated her profile, removing the link entirely.

“I didn’t want to direct traffic to OnlyFans from that episode,” Araujo explained to viewers.

“This isn’t about views. It’s not about clicks. It’s about telling the truth and giving McKinley space to speak without distraction.”

Fans quickly took to the YouTube comments to applaud her decision.

“Respect to Camila for removing the link,” one person wrote. “She’s putting integrity above the bag.”

Another added, “This is how you handle a sensitive story. No monetizing, no baiting.”

Araujo revealed that she and McKinley Richardson had agreed beforehand on the tone they wanted the episode to have.

“We both knew this would be heavy,” she said. “We didn’t want it to feel like clickbait. We didn’t want it to be tied to platforms that don’t reflect the weight of the conversation.”

“I knew people would be watching closely,” Araujo continued. “So I removed anything from my page that could make it seem like I was gaining something from her pain. I didn’t want that on my conscience.”

She emphasized that the focus should remain on Richardson’s story: “The story should stand on its own — and McKinley’s voice should be the only thing people are focused on right now.”

Outside of the podcast, Araujo recently addressed ongoing comparisons between herself and pop star Katy Perry.

“I literally thought, ‘Katy Perry, nice to meet you,’” she joked on Impaulsive with Logan Paul. “We made eye contact at her concert. She was singing ‘I Kissed a Girl’ to me. I was ready to kiss my doppelganger. She walked away. We almost kissed!”

The moment reignited online chatter about their resemblance, which Araujo has since leaned into on Instagram — even sharing a playful clip captioned, “People say I look like Katy Perry, so I did this.”
