Berry has often used her social media platforms to share uplifting messages about aging and self-confidence.
“Today is the start of menopause awareness month, and I feel blessed to have arrived at this golden hour of my life. Ten years ago you could never have told me that I would be a champion for menopause,” Berry shared on X.
Just last month, she also posted, “Life has taught me that every seat becomes a throne… it’s all perspective.”
In recent months, the actress has been lighting up Instagram with a series of stunning bikini photos, embracing confidence and self-love at every stage of life.

Speaking to AARP Magazine, Berry opened up about their relationship, saying, “We were forced to let only our brains connect and discover if we had a connection before our bodies decided to get involved.”
“In my 30s, I was so focused on career, but I had a desire to have children and be a mother. So I felt I was lacking something,” she reflected. “Now, in my 50s, I’ve got my babies, my career, and finally have love in a real, meaningful way. For the first time in my life, everything is firing on all cylinders.”
