Bhad Bhabie’s Friend Arrested After Incident Involving the Rapper’s Mother

Bhad Bhabie’s friend Ricky “Loopy” Ferrell was arrested earlier this week in connection with an alleged assault involving the rapper’s mother, Barbara Bregoli.

According to TMZ, the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office reviewed footage from the August incident, which took place at the Florida home Bhabie co-owns with her mother.

The video reportedly shows Bregoli and Ferrell in a heated confrontation inside the house. Ferrell allegedly snatched Bregoli’s iPhone 15 Pro and violently shook her several times as she tried to get it back.

After breaking free, Bregoli reportedly went to her car, with Ferrell following close behind. He was then seen appearing to grab a gun from the vehicle. Ferrell later placed her phone on the trunk of her car before leaving the property.

Ferrell told officers that Bregoli pointed the gun at him with her finger on the trigger. Neither party was arrested at the time, but after authorities reviewed the footage, Ferrell was taken into custody on Thursday (November 14) and later released.

Bhabie and her mother have a rocky and very public history, dating back to their viral 2016 appearance on Dr. Phil, where Bregoli sought help for her then–13-year-old daughter’s out-of-control behavior. That appearance also birthed Bhabie’s famous “cash me outside, how ’bout that?” moment.

Back in early August, Bhad Bhabie reportedly received a security alert that someone was inside the master bedroom of her Florida home. Her mother went to check and encountered Ferrell. The “OG Crashout” rapper told police she had allowed Ferrell to stay at the home for several months.

A month earlier, Bhabie posted an Instagram Story accusing her mother of “harassing” her and her friends, warning her to stop since she’s on her “payroll.”
