Britney Spears surprised fans this week by hosting a pajama-party reunion with Kim and Khloé Kardashian.
On Friday (November 15), the trio hung out in cozy PJs alongside Spears’ longtime manager, Cade Hudson. Kim shared a few photos from the night on her Instagram Stories.
In her first post, after tagging everyone at the get-together, she captioned it: “Calabasas Nights,” hinting at where the pajama hangout went down.
Spears’ cozy night with the Kardashian sisters comes just a month after her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, released his tell-all memoir You Thought You Knew.
In the book, the DJ and entertainer — now remarried — claimed that Spears cheated on him, abused drugs, and put their sons Jayden James and Sean Preston at risk.
Shortly after the memoir dropped, the “Everytime” singer briefly deactivated her Instagram, but later returned to reflect on what she called her “crazy” year.
Spears has denied Federline’s version of events and accused him of “constant gaslighting.” The two were married from 2004 to 2007.
“I have always pleaded and screamed to have a life with my boys. Relationships with teenage boys is complex,” she wrote, referencing her sons with Federline.
“I have felt demoralized by this situation and have always asked and almost begged for them to be a part of my life,” she continued. “Sadly, they have always witnessed the lack of respect shown by own father for me. They need to take responsibility for themselves.”
The pajama-party reunion with Kim Kardashian also arrives amid Kim’s own escalating legal drama with her ex, Ray J.
Months after Kim and her momager Kris Jenner sued the singer for defamation, Ray J fired back this week, accusing them of violating a $6 million contract tied to the infamous 2006 sex tape with Kardashian.
Ray J claims Jenner managed the tape’s distribution — something Kardashian allegedly agreed to.
