King Combs says he believes his father, Diddy, might be back home in time for the holidays.
On Monday (November 24), while chatting with a TMZ photographer at LAX, the 27-year-old was asked about any holiday plans he has lined up for his dad.
“We gon’ play the ‘Diddy Free’ joint whole Christmas, whole Thanksgiving,” he said, before adding, “He coming home, though. Watch out, he might come home before then.”
When pressed on whether President Donald Trump might get involved or if he’s been in touch with the administration, Combs replied, “You never know. Stay tuned, he gon’ be home soon.”
New photos and video of Diddy at the low-security Fort Dix facility in New Jersey surfaced recently, where he’s currently serving a 50-month sentence after being convicted on two federal charges for transporting people across state lines for prostitution.
It was also reported that his release date was moved from May 2028 to June 4, 2028, per the Bureau of Prisons.
Last month, TMZ claimed a high-ranking White House official said President Trump was “vacillating” on whether to commute Diddy’s sentence. “Trump will do what he wants,” the source allegedly said.
The White House denied the report, but TMZ doubled down shortly after, writing, “We stand by our story. Our story is accurate.”
Meanwhile, King Combs recently dropped a music video for his Kanye West-produced track “Kim,” dedicated to his late mother, Kim Porter. Directed by Kaito, the emotional visual has already racked up over 1.5 million views on YouTube since its release last week.
“Kim, I love you, mama,” he raps in the opening line of the song from his Never Stop EP. “Things ain’t been the same here without you, mama.”
