Future’s brother, FBG Casino, has been released on a $100,000 bond amid his ongoing federal drug case.
Casino was originally held without bail following his Nov. 14 arrest on a charge of conspiracy to possess fentanyl with intent to distribute. A magistrate judge ordered his release on bond on Nov. 26, but the government quickly requested a review. On Dec. 2, the judge upheld the decision, granting him a $100,000 bond secured by his girlfriend’s home. He was released into the custody of his sister Britney.
While out on bond, Casino is under strict home incarceration. He cannot leave the house without approval, except for medical visits or court dates. His release conditions also include location monitoring, avoiding excessive alcohol, and “actively” seeking employment.
Shortly after getting out, Casino posted an Instagram Story showing a FaceTime call with Young Scooter’s son, captioning it, “Quit all da talkin unc home, nun else to it #omertà.”
Casino’s charges stem from a large federal raid in Atlanta last month. On Nov. 14, agents from the FBI, DEA, and local authorities stormed a property in Forest Park, GA as part of Operation Take Back America, a fentanyl trafficking crackdown.
Casino allegedly attempted to flee through a side door but was arrested outside. Authorities say he had about $4,000 in cash on him.
Inside the home, investigators reportedly found 21 kilograms of fentanyl, approximately $380,000 in cash, a Glock-19 handgun, a money counter, a food sealer, and various packaging materials.
He is facing federal charges of conspiracy to possess fentanyl with intent to distribute — a crime that carries a mandatory minimum of 10 years and a maximum sentence of life.
Prosecutors previously pushed to keep him detained, arguing that the strength of the evidence, the severity of the charges, and his lavish lifestyle made him a high flight risk.
