Pink rang in New Year’s Eve from a hospital bed after choosing to take care of her body ahead of 2026.
Late Wednesday (December 31), the Trustfall singer shared a selfie showing her smiling in a hospital bed, with part of her neck wrapped in gauze. Pink reassured fans that the procedure was a success, revealing she had two vertebral discs in her neck replaced.
“I want to say Happy New Year’s to everyone. I am so happy to say goodbye to the snake year and welcome in the horse,” she wrote in the caption, referencing the Chinese zodiac. “This year was a doozy for all of us and it ran the spectrum from absolutely devastating to mildly annoying.”
Despite the challenges of 2025, Pink said she still experienced “so much beauty” throughout the year. “And I got to wake up every day and get out of bed and go about my business,” she added. “The business of loving my children and helping them to follow their dreams. Showing them that life is an adventure or nothing at all.”

Pink shares two children with her husband, former motocross racer Carey Hart — daughter Willow, 12, and son Jameson, 9. Elsewhere in her caption, Pink reflected on 2025 as a year marked by “saying goodbye to incredibly important people” and welcoming “hello to new ones.”
“And I end the year giving reverence to, paying attention to, and to fixing my body,” she wrote. “It may not be a fancy Face lift, but I am getting two new shiny discs in my neck. A new scar, a new reminder, that I appreciate this vessel that I have and use it for all it’s worth.”
Calling rock ’n’ roll a “contact sport,” Pink also revealed that she spent New Year’s Eve by herself while her family was “happily snowboarding.”
“I know that 2026 is going to be better because that is the choice that I have made,” she added.
While she wasn’t hospitalized, Pink did spark concern back in August after revealing she had contracted a bacterial E. coli infection while on vacation. Much like her recent post, the singer appeared unfazed at the time, sharing a photo of herself sipping wine alongside friends.
