Camilla Araujo says her younger self would be amazed by the life she’s created, describing her current reality as almost unreal and reminding fans, “I wasn’t born with some superpower. You can do this, too.”
The 23-year-old viral influencer posted a new Instagram video to promote her self-made documentary Becoming Her, which traces her rise from being an immigrant’s daughter to a multimillion-dollar content creator.
“I think about that girl all the time and how proud I am of her,” Araujo said. “If she could see everything I’ve achieved today… she would be so proud.”
The caption on the video read, “Camilla Araujo is going to be the next Kim Kardashian.”
The YouTube documentary, which premiered on New Year’s Day and quickly crossed 600,000 views, takes viewers back through Araujo’s story, including her parents’ hardships as Brazilian immigrants and her choice to retire them.
“Thank you, Mom and Dad,” she said in the video. “They came to look for a better life for their children, and they struggled so much.”
Araujo revealed that she’s spent the last two years working in isolation, teaching herself how to turn views into real income.
“Views equal money,” she said. “I had to train my mind to get the views, then I had to master the strategies, and after that, I had to learn how to convert those views into money.”
The film also introduces a new program connected to Becoming Her, aimed at women looking to build or scale content-driven businesses.
“This is perfect for girls who want to become content creators, girls who already have a business and want to take it to the next level,” Araujo explained. “Or even people who prefer working behind the scenes and still want to make money.”
Araujo previously made headlines after revealing she earned more than $20 million on OnlyFans before leaving the platform.
