Cardi B is clapping back at allegations that she had a “revenge baby.”
On Monday (Jan. 5), the rapper went live on X Spaces in a fiery livestream that was originally meant to shut down a false claim about her father being convicted of rape, but it quickly turned into a much broader rant.
Around the 22-minute point of the video linked above, a viewer notified Cardi that Jessie Woo was live on her own YouTube stream.
Cardi B went off after claims surfaced that she had a so-called “revenge baby.”
During a heated X Spaces livestream on Monday (Jan. 5), the rapper initially set out to shut down a false rumor that her father had been convicted of rape. The conversation, however, quickly veered into a full-blown rant.
Around the 22-minute mark of the stream, a fan alerted Cardi that Jessie Woo was live on her own YouTube broadcast. By the 28:40 mark, Woo read a viewer’s comment suggesting Cardi’s newborn son with boyfriend Stefon Diggs was conceived as an act of revenge.
Cardi immediately snapped back.
“A revenge on what? On who? Yo, these bitches just be saying shit because what is a revenge baby? Do you think that I be like, ‘Hey, I’m going to have a baby because I’m going to have revenge!’ On what, bitch? On my ex-husband, bitch?”
She flatly dismissed the idea, adding, “I don’t need to have a baby for revenge, baby. My whole life is revenge, my money is revenge, my career is revenge. My album is revenge. Me not dying over a n***a is revenge. Me having freedom is revenge.”
Elsewhere in the livestream, Cardi emphasized her independence, saying, “I could wake up and buy me a car, a house. I could spend a million dollars in one day.”
Explaining why she chose to have her child, she said, “You know why I kept my baby? Because I love my baby. Me and my man made that baby with fucking love, bitch. We was fucking down. Fucking down, ‘til it stank!”
The Am I the Drama? rapper went on to stress her autonomy, calling herself a “grown woman” who makes “my fucking own decisions.”
“Jessie Woo is another hating ass bitch,” Cardi said, taking direct aim at the Love & Hip Hop: Miami personality. “You always fucking lying about some shit, dumbass bitch. Sick of you too, bitch. The fuck is you talking about ‘policing?’ I don’t got to police no n***a to stay with me.”
Speaking on Diggs, Cardi reminded listeners, “Let me tell you something, that n***a got options. And guess what? I am not the only bitch that that he ever fucked that is famous and got money and is a bad bitch. I can’t help that a n***a fell in love with The Brim. He loves it over here.”
She continued, “You imagine my grown ass having a baby for fucking revenge, bitch? You think it’s easy having a baby? But of course, it’s a bitch with no kids that’s saying that. You think a bitch is gonna say to herself, ‘I’m gonna have this baby for fucking revenge,’ like if it’s easy to have a baby and take care of one, and carry one, especially [at] my age.”
Cardi wrapped up the tirade by doubling down on how serious motherhood is. “You think it’s easy to carry life? … Of course this a bitch with no fucking kids, so you wouldn’t even understand how sacred that shit is. Think having a baby is buying a puppy? Bitch, this ain’t no fucking puppy! And that’s another bitch that I don’t fucking like cuz she lied on me. Lied on me the day that I announced that I was pregnant. Suck my dick, bitch.”
Cardi is still believed to be in the middle of divorce proceedings with ex Offset.
She welcomed her fourth child, a son nicknamed Baby Brim, on Nov. 4, 2025. He is her first child with Stefon Diggs, who has been rumored to have other children from previous relationships.
She shares her other three children with Offset: daughter Kulture (born 2018), son Wave (born Sept. 2021), and daughter Blossom (born Sept. 2025).
Cardi’s issues with Jessie Woo appear to trace back to 2021, when Woo claimed someone from Cardi’s former team said they wanted to “knock Nicki Minaj out,” an allegation Cardi firmly denied.
