Keke Palmer and PlaqueBoyMax are putting their “love” on display.
The pair teamed up for a livestream on Tuesday (Jan. 13), and their coordinated social media posts quickly drew extra buzz, thanks to a few noticeably cozy moments—and repeated use of the word “love.” During the stream, Keke, who’s set to star in a TV adaptation of The ’Burbs arriving on Peacock soon, took a moment to chat directly with viewers, using the opportunity to dig for insider details about Max from his own fanbase.
“Tell me about Max real quick, y’all,” she said. “Is he a nice young man? Real quick, tell me what type of dude he is.”
When a viewer suggested she drop a post on Max’s X account while he was away, Keke didn’t hesitate.
“Y’all are telling me to do the right things… I’ma say ‘I’m in love with Keke,’” she joked, making sure the post went up right on time.

When Max returned to the stream, he chose to keep the post up—though not without a condition.
“I’mma let you get it off because I’m getting this grid post,” he said.
From there, the two worked out the photo order and caption together, eventually settling on “I think I’m in love.” That moment led Max to call out a chat comment labeling them an “ADHD couple,” an observation Keke appeared to cosign.
“I got all the shit, everything you can think of,” she said. “Lot of personalities and stuff too.”
After running through a few examples of her different personalities, Keke shared a little more self-reflection.
“I told you, I’m crazy,” she said. “I’m off, but you know what? It’s good. I’m so off, I’m on, you know what I mean? I posted it, crazy.”
With the grid post officially live, Max framed the moment as a solid way to kick off the new year.
“Oh yeah, I think I’m in love,” he said. “It’s real life, chat. It’s real. 2026, we getting off to a great start. … Go show this post some love.”
It’s clear people took that advice seriously, as the post has already pulled in a wave of attention. As of this writing, it’s racked up several notable likes, including from Sexyy Red and I Love Boosters director Boots Riley.
