Pamela Anderson feels her friendship with ex-husband Tommy Lee came to an end because of the musician’s wife, comedian Brittany Furlan.
While appearing on SiriusXM’s Radio Andy on Thursday (January 15), the actress shared that she’s no longer in touch with the Mötley Crüe drummer, with whom she shares two grown sons. Anderson and Lee were married from 1995 to 1998, and in 2019, Lee tied the knot with his third wife, Brittany Furlan.
Speaking with Andy Cohen, Anderson suggested that her relationship with Lee might be better if Furlan weren’t part of the picture.
“I just think he’s a real romantic,” Anderson said, according to Page Six. “He’s very dedicated to his wife, and I think that he just doesn’t want to cause any waves or maybe, I don’t know, but I don’t like it.”
The Last Showgirl star also admitted she wishes she and Lee had a “better relationship.” “I haven’t spoken to him in a long time. I miss him,” she added.
Anderson noted that as co-parents to Brandon Thomas, 29, and Dylan Jagger, 28, she and Lee will always be “connected in some way.” She explained that even when she tries to “ask about” him, “send him pickles,” or “try to stay in contact” through their sons, she’s been shut out.
“I don’t know what it is,” Anderson continued. “I have to stay out of it, and I shouldn’t really be saying anything, but I do wish them the best. I hope everything’s okay.”
She shared similar thoughts on Radio Andy last year as well, saying she hoped they could have a “better rapport.”
Furlan recently made headlines after rock musician Ronnie Radke filed a temporary restraining order against her. The Falling in Reverse frontman accused the comedian of stalking him on at least two occasions after she interacted with a social media account she believed belonged to Radke.
