GloRilla’s funny reaction to a selfie she shared is now spreading just as fast as the original photo itself.
The rapper first posted a mirror selfie on Jan. 15, showing her hair pulled back into a ponytail. She captioned it, “A lot on my mind,” but what really caught people’s attention was that her edges appeared to be missing.
After fans started calling it out, Glo addressed the chatter a day later, explaining that her missing edges weren’t new and had nothing to do with wig glue — which is often blamed for hairline damage.
“Baby dem edges been ate up since I use to fight in high school wti braids dem wigs ain’t did nun wrong,” she wrote.
In other recent news, GloRilla made it clear that there’s no bad blood between her and Young Thug following a leaked phone call where he was heard gossiping about her.
Back in December, GloRilla told Jordan Rose that she and Thug were still cool after his conversation with Mariah the Scientist — where he joked about Glo’s appearance — went viral.
“It was a funny conversation,” she said. “I don’t take a lot of stuff too serious. Like, I joke, especially like if it ain’t no death or fighting matter, nothing like that. I ain’t going to take it too serious.”
When Rose floated the idea of a possible collaboration with Thug, Glo responded, “We’ll see about it.”
Not long after the call leaked, GloRilla’s song “Brianna” — aimed at the Atlanta rapper — also surfaced. On the track, she sampled and interpolated Hotstylz’s 2008 single “Lookin’ Boy” to poke fun at his looks.
