Snoop Dogg’s granddaughter, Codi, has passed away, according to the rapper’s daughter, Cori Broadus. She was just 10 months old.
Broadus shared the devastating update on her Instagram Story on Saturday (Jan. 31), revealing that Codi died earlier in the week on Monday (Jan. 23).
“Monday; I lost the love of my life. My Codi,” she wrote alongside a black-and-white photo of herself holding her daughter close.
Broadus had earlier revealed that Codi was born three months early and spent the following ten months in the NICU.
Despite the challenges, Broadus and her partner, Wayne Deuce, were eventually able to bring Codi home on January 6, marking the moment with a series of heartfelt photos shared on Instagram.
Broadus also reposted the photos from the day they finally brought their baby home after announcing her passing, adding the emotional caption, “20 days later?! Dawg I’m sick.”
