Timothée Chalamet is opening up—just a little—about his famously low-key romance with Kylie Jenner.
The Marty Supreme actor was in London promoting his hit new movie when he was seemingly caught off guard by questions about his personal life. Although he and Jenner have reportedly been together for about three years, the pair have kept their relationship mostly out of the spotlight, with few public appearances and even fewer details shared about their status.
Still, when Chalamet was pressed about where he sees things heading with the 28-year-old multimillionaire, he made it clear their bond is strong.
One reporter jumped straight in, asking, “Do you have a girlfriend?”
The 30-year-old actor laughed before answering simply, “Yes.”
The follow-up came quickly and went even further: “Do you think you’ll ever get married?”
The question clearly caught Chalamet off guard.
“Wow, that’s so personal. That’s so personal,” he said. “You’re gonna get me in trouble, man!”
Even so, he didn’t hesitate before giving a confident, “Yes.”
The interviewer also joked about whether an invitation to the ceremony would be happening, prompting Chalamet to play along by asking if they meant inviting everyone in the audience, which sparked loud cheers from the crowd.
Chalamet didn’t share anything more about a possible proposal down the line. Still, earlier reports have claimed that he and Jenner have been living together for over a year.
When Chalamet took home Best Actor at the Critics’ Choice Awards last month, he made sure to acknowledge Jenner’s support during his acceptance speech.
“And lastly, I’ll just say thank you to my partner of three years. Thank you for our foundation. I love you,” he said. “I couldn’t do this without you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”
