D4vd’s Friend Neo Langston Heads to Grand Jury in Celeste Rivas Death Investigation

D4vd’s friend, Neo Langston, showed up before a Los Angeles grand jury amid the ongoing investigation into the death of Celeste Rivas, following his recent arrest for failing to appear as a witness.

The 23-year-old influencer was seen at a courthouse on Wednesday (Feb. 4), as the grand jury—convened since November—continues gathering details surrounding the death of 15-year-old Rivas, whose dismembered body was discovered in September 2025 inside D4vd’s Tesla in Hollywood.

Neo reportedly spent roughly 30 to 40 minutes inside the grand jury room before leaving the courthouse without responding to questions, according to TMZ.

The outlet also noted that Deputy District Attorney Beth Silverman, who is presenting the case, declined to comment as she entered the courtroom.

Neo was arrested on Jan. 22 in Helena, Montana after a Los Angeles judge issued a warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody at his mother’s home, extradited to Los Angeles, and booked into the LAPD’s Metropolitan Detention Center on $60,000 bail before later bonding out.

Before his arrest, the former Twitch streamer—known online as NeoTheAsian—was seen in several photos alongside D4vd.

Multiple witnesses have already taken the stand in the Rivas case. An LAPD source also confirmed that D4vd (born David Anthony Burke) is considered a suspect and is reportedly expected to be indicted on murder charges.

Investigators have additionally identified a second suspect who may have been involved “before, during, and after” Rivas’ death.
