Jake Paul Slams Billie Eilish for ICE Criticism: ‘If You Don’t Like ICE, Don’t Call 911’

Jake Paul took aim at Billie Eilish and publicly backed ICE after the singer criticized the agency during the 2026 Grammy Awards.

On Saturday (Feb. 7), the outspoken Trump supporter reacted to Eilish’s remarks about recent actions by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), including alleged attacks on immigrants and the killing of protesters.

“If you don’t like ICE then you can’t call 911 when you’re in trouble,” Paul posted on X. “If you don’t respect law enforcement agents then you shouldn’t depend on them When Billie Eyelash gets her home broken into it’s not gonna be f-ck ICE I can promise you that.”

The 29-year-old boxer doubled down afterward, adding, “Wait technically she can’t get broken into because she stole the land lolololololol.”

Others quickly pushed back, pointing out that ICE is not a local law enforcement agency and does not handle emergency calls.

Sen. Brian Schatz (D-Hawaii) weighed in, writing, “If I call 911 I get police. And they show up without masks, and identify themselves. And if they need to search someone’s home they get a warrant. And if there’s an officer involved shooting there is an immediate investigation. And they’ve been trained for more than 47 days.”

Another commenter fired back, writing, “ICE doesn’t respond to 911 calls, you absolute donut. This is toddler-level logic: ‘If you don’t like one government thing, you can’t use any government thing!’”

Another critic chimed in, writing, “Just a reminder that Jake Paul and his brother [Logan Paul] literally moved to Puerto Rico to avoid American taxes and now cant vote in American elections anymore. So when he tells a REAL American to ‘go live somewhere else’ remember HE already left and cant tell real Americans what to do [shrug emoji].”

Logan Paul revealed plans to relocate to Puerto Rico in February 2021, and in 2023, Jake Paul flaunted his $16 million Dorado mansion on TikTok.

While accepting the Grammy Award for 2026 Song of the Year last Sunday (Feb. 1), Eilish used her moment onstage to speak out in support of immigrants.

“No one is illegal on stolen land,” the 24-year-old said as she stood alongside her brother, Finneas. “It’s just really hard to know what to say and what to do right now. I feel really hopeful in this room, and I feel like we need to keep fighting and speaking up and protesting. Our voices really do matter, and the people matter.”

Eilish wasn’t the only artist to take a stand at the Grammys. Bad Bunny declared “ICE out,” Kehlani closed her speech with “Fuck ICE,” and SZA described the current moment as “incredibly dystopian.”
