On April 6, Gomez shared a fresh set of photos on Instagram, signing off the caption as “Mrs. Blanco,” marking the first time she’s publicly used the name.
According to People, the post captured a series of cozy, everyday moments between Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco—including the two cooking side by side in their kitchen and smiling for a selfie while Blanco held a spatula.
Another snap featured a custom wooden cutting board engraved with Blanco’s face, while a different photo showed Gomez leaning into her husband, her engagement ring clearly on display.
Over the past month, the couple has shifted from keeping things low-key to sharing more candid—and sometimes unexpected—glimpses into their everyday life.
That change became especially noticeable earlier this month when Gomez appeared on Blanco’s Friends Keep Secrets. The podcast had already gone viral after Blanco’s first episode showed him putting his bare feet on a couch, with visible dirt on them.
In that same episode, he even passed gas into the mic, joking, “Wait, see if you guys could pick this up?”
Instead of distancing herself from the online reactions, Gomez leaned right into it during her appearance. At one point, she surprised viewers by kissing Blanco’s bare foot on camera.
Caught off guard, Blanco asked, “You like that?” but Gomez quickly shut it down, saying, “Don’t make it a moment.”
Still, Blanco admitted he appreciated it. “I liked it. It made me feel good. I love you so much,” he said.
The moment adds to a growing trend of Gomez openly embracing and defending Blanco, despite ongoing chatter about his hygiene habits. He previously shared that he doesn’t shower every day, believing “the oils on your skin need time to rejuvenate and get juicy.”

Even before calling herself “Mrs. Blanco,” Gomez had already made it clear how she feels, once describing him as “the best thing that’s ever happened to me”—and even joking that part of his charm is always showing up with Taco Bell Mexican Pizza.
