Philip Lewis posted photos on Twitter showing the two smiling for pictures and spending time together, reportedly at the Diggs Deep Foundation’s Mother’s Day event in Washington, D.C. on Saturday, May 9. In a clip shared by FearBuck, Diggs can be seen planting a kiss on Cardi’s head and chatting with her afterward.
Their appearance quickly fueled reunion chatter, though neither Cardi B nor Stefon Diggs has confirmed anything publicly so far. It’s also not the first time they’ve sparked this kind of talk recently, as Diggs showed up at her “Little Miss Drama” tour stop in D.C. just last month.
This all follows earlier chatter that Cardi B might’ve been throwing shade at Stefon Diggs during her tour. At one point in her set, she leaned into the lyrics of her track “Principle,” delivering them with extra intensity. “It’s called the principle. You can’t be out here playing with a b***h like me,” she said. “There’s n***as out here praying for a b***h like me. You hear me? You ain’t never had a bad b***h like this, n***a. Cardi didn’t let the speculation run wild for long, though. She quickly cleared things up online, writing: “Dear blogs, when I perform a song I always introduce the song with a lil razzle dazzle. Not everything is a shot or personal. I’m actually repeating lyrics from the songs…Relax.”
