Tom Holland has weighed in on rumors that he and Zendaya secretly tied the knot after her longtime stylist, Law Roach, appeared to hint at it earlier this year.
During a recent interview with Esquire, Holland was asked about the speculation, which Zendaya previously joked about during a March appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!. The actor recalled how AI-generated images claiming to show the couple’s wedding spread across social media and racked up millions of likes. According to Holland, his grandmother even came across the photos and wondered why she hadn’t been invited.
When the interviewer asked whether other family members had reacted in a similar way, Holland appeared to drop a major hint.
“No, because they were all there,” the Odyssey star replied.
The comment seemed to suggest that the wedding had already taken place, though Holland declined to share any further details.
“That’s all you’ll get on that,” he said.
The speculation gained even more attention earlier this year when Zendaya’s longtime stylist, Law Roach, casually stated during a red carpet interview at the 2026 Actor Awards that the couple’s wedding had “already happened.” Zendaya later responded to the viral AI-generated wedding photos, noting that “many people” had been fooled by the images.
While Holland chose not to elaborate further on the marriage rumors in his Esquire interview, he did speak warmly about his relationship with Zendaya and the unique bond they share.
“We can support each other in ways that only we can, because only we understand really what it’s like to live this life, and I think that is such a luxury, because I just don’t understand how I would be able to have anything like that with anyone else,” he told Henry Wong. “I found my person. She’s my best friend, and I’m the happiest I have ever been when I’m with her, but I have also never felt so supported and safe, ever. Period.”
Holland and Zendaya first crossed paths while filming Spider-Man: Homecoming in 2016, though they didn’t publicly confirm their romance until 2021. The pair were later reported to have bought a home together in London and became engaged in December 2024.
