Fat Joe has shared his thoughts on Lil Durk’s ongoing murder-for-hire trial, as well as Keffe D’s murder trial.
“Everything’s a shit show,” Fat Joe said during the Aug. 28 episode of The Breakfast Club. “One minute we love lil Durk, the next minute he’s snitching. And the Tupac trial got me sick because everybody’s a rat.”
Fat Joe went on to discuss how “snitches” were viewed during the era he came up in, pointing out that there was once a strong code against cooperating with authorities.
“Snitches got stitches, and there was a huge code,” he said. “I know crews that went to jail together, 40 and 50 deep, and nobody told.”
Fat Joe’s comments were in reference to OTF Jam, who has testified multiple times in Lil Durk’s murder-for-hire case. Jam has taken the stand against the rapper and admitted that he feels conflicted about his testimony.
“I still got a lot of love for him. Blood was there for me… I feel bad. I know he probably hates me. I got love for him, I just don’t have respect for him,” he said in court.
Meanwhile, in Keffe D’s trial over the murder of Tupac Shakur, prosecutors are heavily relying on statements he made in his memoir Compton Street Legend as they build their case against him.
