Bad Bunny threw down at a party for his new album Debí Tirar Más Fotos, where he got down on the dance floor with Congress members Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Nydia Velázquez.
According to TMZ, the Puerto Rican star hit up Toñita’s in Brooklyn on Sunday for the celebration. He was joined by some heavy hitters, with AOC and Velázquez dancing and vibing alongside him. His choice of Toñita’s makes perfect sense – it’s one of NYC’s last standing Caribbean social clubs and just marked its 50th year in business.
Bad Bunny’s been on a roll celebrating his new album’s release. He’s lined up to both host and perform on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon this Monday, Jan. 13. The star recently showed his fun side on a Puerto Rican morning show, where he tried his hand at news reading, busted some moves, and even knocked back shots with the hosts.
While he’s keeping things playful, his latest album is actually his most politically charged yet. He’s calling it his “most Puerto Rican” work so far. Just before dropping the album, he backed Kamala Harris for 2024 after standing up against a comedian who dissed Puerto Rico as a “floating island of garbage.”
