Diddy’s Legal Team Claims His ‘Freak-Off’ Sex Tapes Show He’s Innocent

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ lawyers claim his “freak off” videos show he’s innocent.

New court docs hit today showing Diddy’s defense team says videos showing sex acts between Cassie Ventura and male sex workers actually back up his innocence because they were “consenting adults,” TMZ reports.

Prosecutors are holding nine of these alleged “freak offs” they describe as “elaborate and produced sex performances.” They claim these videos prove Diddy drugged and kidnapped women for sex acts and brought in male workers.

“Contrary to what the government has led this Court and the public to believe, the so-called ‘Freak Offs’ were private sexual activity between fully consenting adults in a long-term relationship,” defense attorneys Marc Agnifilo and Teny Geragos stated.

Their statement seems aimed at Cassie Ventura, who sued Diddy claiming he “regularly beat and kicked her,” resulting in “black eyes, bruises, and blood.”

“These videos unambiguously show that the person alleged in the indictment to be ‘Victim-1’ not only consented but thoroughly enjoyed herself,” said the defense. “At bottom, this case is about whether Victim-I was or was not a willing participant in her private sex life with Mr. Combs. The videos confirm that she plainly was.”

Wild details about these “freak offs” dropped in recent months. A public indictment after his September arrest says Diddy and the victims “typically received IV fluids to recover from the physical exertion and drug use” after these sessions.

The docs also claim these multi-day events allegedly had Diddy giving out “a variety of controlled substances to victims, in part to keep the victims obedient and compliant.”
